Engie & its sub-clients are continuously looking for non-IT temporary workers. The company needs a cloud-based solution where offer & demand connect in real time. The solution must give the possibility to limit the offer to preferred contracted partners, all contracted partners (framework contract) & extend the search to a public marketplace in search of niche profiles. This entire formalized workflow must follow formalized process with accurate timesheet registration, directly linked to Engie's ERP-system. Finally, the solution must provide supplier management & benchmarking functionalities, together with a strong reporting interface.

Solution

The solution provided by Connecting-Expertise is an end-2-end online platform combining CE Vendor Management System (CE VMS), CE Marketplace & additional system integrations for all tracking functionalities. Furthermore, CE VMS will track all performances carried out by Engie's workforce for its own clients.
