The solution must give the possibility to limit the offer to preferred contracted partners, all contracted partners (framework contract) & extend the search to a public marketplace in search of niche profiles. This entire formalized workflow must follow formalized process with accurate timesheet registration, directly linked to ENGIE's ERP-system. Finally, the solution must provide supplier management & benchmarking functionalities, together with a strong reporting interface.

Solution

The solution provided by Connecting-Expertise is an end-2-end online platform combining CE Vendor Management System (CE VMS), CE Marketplace & additional system integrations for all tracking functionalities. Furthermore, CE VMS will track all performances carried out by ENGIE's workforce for its own clients.
