We believe that a VMS can support the public sector in 4 ways:
- Providing skills (external candidates) that government agencies do not have internally. For example, we see new requests for ICT profiles every week.
- Allowing a contracting authority that already has framework agreements with suppliers to compete when they need new talents.
- Helping a supplier who has a framework agreement with a contracting authority by enabling them to find new opportunities on the CE marketplace.
- Allowing a supplier to differentiate themselves from other proposals by offering the contracting authority a Procure to Pay platform.
