Job description

We seek a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be our potential customers' first point of contact, playing a key role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to get leads and set appointments for our sales team by contacting prospects through cold emailing, events and social media outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting up appointments with potential customers.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting (30-60 daily activities) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
  • Track and manage prospecting, qualification, and lead management activities in our CRM-system: Hubspot.
  • Regularly update and maintain prospecting and pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead-generation processes.
  • We'll give you more responsibilities as soon as you get a grip on this process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for communication and a drive to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a big plus!
