Submit requests for temporary workforce
The Connecting-Expertise Marketplace allows you to publish requests for temporary workforce. From this point, all you do is wait for the candidates to submit their proposal. Once you receive a proposal you can review it and answer. Additionally, you can manage all the the requests and proposals on the Connecting-Exprertise Platform.
Credits system
To make sure you only spend your budget when you need to, the Connecting-Marketplace works with a credit system. You can buy credit tokens that you use to submit requests. Each request costs one token. You can send as many requests as you want as long as you have enough tokens.
