For example, a specialised agency that works with freelancers. Because when different intermediaries provide a service, it leads to higher costs for you as the end customer. Additionally, a freelancer often receives a lower rate, while you pay more. It’s possible that the freelancer will leave if they see better opportunities elsewhere. Finally, working with intermediaries can slow down the search for the right person, causing projects to be delayed.
