What is your vision of the current HR market?

We notice that many companies are finding it increasingly difficult to find suitable employees. As a result, collaborations with larger staffing companies are increasing. Businesses will then offer these staffing companies some advantages in exchange for priority on quality candidates. Unfortunately, this is not a comprehensive solution, which leaves us with a great need for better ones. This also explains the strong growth of HR tech companies that focus on, among other things, employer branding, marketplaces, and talent pools.
