Belfius was specifically searching for a VMS well-known in the Belgian market, with various references in the Belgian market and recognition on the supplier side. Other benefits Belfius experienced included improved compliance with the external workforce. The onboarding process was expanded to ensure that new employees and externals coming to work for Belfius were screened and followed up correctly from the supplier side.
